Available databases: HJML, FHYL, ZSH, FCHL, GTY.etc.
2. JBrowse Genome Visualization Tool(click to use JBrowse)
JBrowse offers an interactive genome browsing experience. You can view gene structures, annotations, variant sites, and multiple data tracks online.
Supports data browsing across various species.
3. Machine Learning Model Prediction Platform(click to download ML modules)
We have deployed a variety of pre-trained machine learning models on this platform, supporting phenotypic value prediction based on SNP, Indel, and SV variant data.
Supported models: LGB (LightGBM), SVR (Support Vector Regression), DNNGP (Deep Neural Network for Pan-genomes).etc.
